Grate the peeled tomato and mash it. Finely chop fresh coriander leaves.<\/li>\n<li>Fry the medium-fat ground beef you have taken in the pan with the onions, with the addition of olive oil, until it turns a light color.<\/li>\n<li>Cook the stuffing with minced meat, to which you add tomato paste, hot sauce and tomato puree, on low heat until it absorbs its juice.<\/li>\n<li>Cook the stuffing, flavored with salt, cumin and finely chopped coriander leaves, for another 2-3 minutes and remove from the stove.<\/li>\n<li>Briefly heat the small tortillas in a clean pan or in the oven.<\/li>\n<li>To use in taco service; Finely chop the curly lettuce leaves that you wash and dry in plenty of water. Cut the peeled tomatoes and red onions into small pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Fold the hot tortillas like a crust and fill the insides with the stuffing you prepared.<\/li>\n<li>Serve the tacos to which you can now add a mixture of finely chopped curly lettuce, tomato, onion cubes and grated cheese with your loved ones without waiting, accompanied by sour cream or whipped strained yogurt.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Now have a bite , feel the crunch , taste the flavors and enjoy!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Today, October 4th, is Taco Day and we want to tell you how to make a good taco.
