How to make a good Taco

Today, October 4th, is Taco Day and we want to tell you how to make a good taco. Taco is an important type of traditional food which has its origins in Mexico but is now enjoyed all over the world. Lets see how it is made.

 

 

Ingredients 

  • 12pcs Tortilla Bread
  • 600 Gram Medium Oily Minced
  • 1pcs Small Size Dry Onion
  • 3 Teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1pcs Medium Size Tomato
  • 1 Teaspoons Bitter Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoons Tomato Past
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Tea Coriander

 

Recipe

  1. To prepare the inside of the taco; Chop the small onion into very small pieces, grate as desired. Grate the peeled tomato and mash it. Finely chop fresh coriander leaves.
  2. Fry the medium-fat ground beef you have taken in the pan with the onions, with the addition of olive oil, until it turns a light color.
  3. Cook the stuffing with minced meat, to which you add tomato paste, hot sauce and tomato puree, on low heat until it absorbs its juice.
  4. Cook the stuffing, flavored with salt, cumin and finely chopped coriander leaves, for another 2-3 minutes and remove from the stove.
  5. Briefly heat the small tortillas in a clean pan or in the oven.
  6. To use in taco service; Finely chop the curly lettuce leaves that you wash and dry in plenty of water. Cut the peeled tomatoes and red onions into small pieces.
  7. Fold the hot tortillas like a crust and fill the insides with the stuffing you prepared.
  8. Serve the tacos to which you can now add a mixture of finely chopped curly lettuce, tomato, onion cubes and grated cheese with your loved ones without waiting, accompanied by sour cream or whipped strained yogurt.
