Is Working from Home an opportunity?

Before 2019, votes for Working from Home were very few. This can only happen in few cases like when you get pregnant, or in case of emergency. Let’s discuss the changes appeared during the lockdown.

To begin with, it is no less than a “match”, where we do not know if we would win or lose. That is to say that working in a home atmosphere is a challenge. Yes, I know some of you may think “what is the problem with it?”. But let me tell you that there are people like me who do not have private space at home. It’s hard to breathe inside the comfort of your home when you know you can’t go out.

In addition, our brave soldiers – House Wives and Mothers – work 24/7, and in this pandemic I realized we question their work. For example, cooking delicious recipes to adopt new habits. Somehow, working from home shakes our personal and professional lives. Getting an #officevibe is still a dream for me, as I never feel that vibe anymore. Coffee with your friends in the cafeteria, Team meetings, Office gossips and, nevertheless, those weekend parties! Zoom connects us virtually but there are things which cannot be fulfilled.

In Conclusion, I feel like that, in working from home,  our development growth got stuck somewhere. We ended up working without learning any new task. In a normal routine, we communicate and get to know things from each others.

Yes, I know, five fingers have not the same size, that is to say that some people enjoy the perks of working from home. I am talking about people who love to take Zoom calls in their Boxers.  And working moms: they can take care of their kids while staying home to work.  I laugh and feel sad for makeup  all the time. Due to masks, we cannot add beautiful colors to our leafy lips.
