5 Vegan Documentaries About Veganism

What is a vegan life? What are vegan documentaries?

Veganism is an important issue that needs to be uncovered. Although the number of vegans is small in the world population, their number increases day by day. So why do people choose a vegan lifestyle?

We all love animals. We all have at least one animal at home, or we smile at an animal we see on the street. Whenever we look at the sky and see a bird, “I wish I could fly too!” we yell. In other words, animals are an inseparable part of human beings.

What about the animals we buy from the market? Why are we doing speciesism when it comes to them? Is our attitude towards animals a racist approach?

Why should we question speciesism? How can we understand this through vegan documentaries?

Now let’s put everything aside and take the facts. The world is not evenly distributed; there are geographical differences. We agree on this matter. In other words, a person living in a cold climate may have to wear a fur coat and prefer a sheep wool boot. Someone living in a hot climate can dry meat and consume it for a long time to avoid food shortages. So what does the rest of the world do?

As we said at the beginning of our article, we all live with animals together; how can we eat meat with pleasure when we love our dog in our house? Today, five documentaries will help you observe the animal’s world, and these documentaries will open your eyes.

Questioning of Being Vegan

What is the main ethical aspect of veganism?

Animals’ sense of self-awareness is different from ours. But that doesn’t mean they don’t have self-awareness. In addition, they are not indifferent to death. We also see this situation in humans. If a person is mentally retarded, and does not have the self-awareness of a normal person without a disability, we do not think that this disabled person will not be indifferent to death and that death will not harm him. Since this has a moral binding, we find it morally wrong to treat this person as a resource.
