What Is Hemp?

Hemp originated in Mesopotamia in 8000 BC. It is developed for fiber, food, and medicine. In Paper Technology

They can grow very tall, moreover, it does so in a much shorter time than normal trees. While normal trees reach sufficient height in 30 years, this period is between 6-12 months in hemp. Because of this feature, we can use them as an alternative for not cutting other trees also.

In Energy Technology

The waste of the plant can be used as biomass. It has more yield compared to others because of the high cellulose content. Products are obtained after going through certain processes. It is obtained from methanol and certain gases, although methanol can be harmful, the fuel oil obtained can be used as fuel.
