Stockholm Without Syndrome

When we say Stockholm, it is the famous syndrome that first comes to mind. Do you think it’s true? Stockholm, one of the most popular and even the most visited cities of the Scandinavian countries, awaits you with surprises, not with its syndrome. When to go to Stockholm is really important, and it is directly related to the threshold of your ability to withstand the cold. Because the cold there is not the cold we know. It could be said that walking around the fridge is like getting stuck in an endless Ice Bucket Challenge. Stockholm looked at me with a gray smile when I arrived on a cold November day. It could have been the coolest city I’ve ever seen. It is a magnificent city with its own rules, lifestyle, and culture.

All I got to me was my backpack, and I was ready for a 48-hour tour of Stockholm. We immediately started the tour with my close friend, who lives in Stockholm. The first stop was Gamla Stan. Gamla Stan is a place where you can easily see the spirit of old Stockholm with its narrow streets and colorful houses. You can take great photos and shop at the same time. Stockholm is a city of 14 islands; you don’t even understand that you are passing from one island to another while walking. Instead of being a Stockholm travel guide, I’m trying to keep you alive here.

Stockholm is a city that has opened its doors to different cultures. You can best see in the subway that many different races live in harmony. Stockholm underground is one of the best in the world, in my opinion. The Stockholm underground is like an art gallery, and you can see as many artworks as you want there. Different lighting styles and the metro network reaching all parts of the city will not leave you a victim in this city. Also, when you see that Stockholm is a city built on rocks, I say don’t be surprised. Everything is natural here.

You can even see deer wandering between the houses. There are hundreds of lakes in Stockholm alone. Everyone who comes to this city should feel lucky, but even walking in this city, you can feel that you have spent money because the city is very expensive. You can sit against the Baltic sea, eat fish, and drink your special Swedish beer without the syndrome. It takes courage and heart to come to this city. Have a good trip! Imagine: You can fly!
