We know that nuts have many benefits, especially the healthy oils and vitamins they contain. It has functions of the body, nails, hair and many other biological functions, besides each of them has positive effects on our skin. They are almost like a source for young and lively skin. One of the important details is to prefer raw nuts besides being fresh as posible.

Peanut is a primarily strong source of antioxidants, prevents free radicals from circulating in the body, and regulates metabolism.
