What are the challenges of time management?
There are some of you who believe that time management skills are overrated and some who notice it becoming a point of conversation because they took on too many tasks. When the time that one uses to achieve certain goals hinders them from taking time for life affairs and recovery, this is the article to read.
In an interview with the founder of ‘Making Monday Mild‘, which is a business that provides writing services and courses, the challenges of time management were tackled. The idea behind the interview was to get advice from entrepreneurs who successfully cracked the code of achieving time efficiency without burning themselves out. As Making Monday Mild is reaching its fourth-anniversary Diepiriye Rita George mentions the most important methods of managing time. The two essential aspects were preplanning and starting out with a positive mindset. Preplanning took the form of planning content a month ahead so that in case there are any delays, there is a month worth of time to compensate for it. A positive attitude was essential to remain disciplined and motivated in hard times when plans do not unfold as expected.
Apart from learning from the successful, finding a balance between work and life is another feature of time management.

Where does ‘Time is Money’ come from?
In a meritocracy world, the sooner one starts developing skills, the faster they can use them to their capitalistic advantage. This could be taken to lengths considering time given to a task that does not generate money as a waste of time. The phrase itself was quoted from the scientist and philosopher, Benjamin Franklin: “remember that time is money”. It has, however, taken on an exaggerated form in the minds of those aiming for the American dream, often in detriment to time spent in their relationships.
Striking a balance between business and private time.
Esther Perel, a renowned relationships therapist, mentioned in her seminar and interview with Lewis Howes how the development of relationships in the workplace and in life is not given as much importance as the development of work ethics and technology for capital success. According to a study by Noam Wasserman, a Harvard Business School professor, 65% of promising start-ups fail due to a conflict between the co-founders, not because of the economy.
